Key Responsibilities

- Receive HVAC materials such as copper pipes, cables, GI/PPGI ducts, insulation, refrigerant, fittings, electrical items, supports, tools and consumables.

- Verify quantity and material specifications against Purchase Orders, Delivery Challans and invoices.

- Maintain accurate Goods Receipt, Stock Register, Material Issue and Return records.

- Issue materials to technicians/site teams only against approved Material Requisition / BOQ.

- Maintain project-wise material consumption records and monitor excess consumption.

- Ensure materials issued are properly recorded with date, project/site, quantity, item description and recipient signature.

- Track material returns from sites and update stock records immediately.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile physical stock with book/system stock.

- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged materials and slow-moving items and report to the superior

- Maintain proper storage,



identification, tagging and protected handling of HVAC materials.

- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Purchase, Accounts and Site Supervisors regarding material requirements and shortages.

- Maintain records of reusable materials, scrap, rejected and damaged materials.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material consumption reports.

- Ensure proper documentation for all inward and outward material movements.

- Support Accounts by providing accurate material receipt, issue and consumption details for project-wise accounting.

Required Skills & Qualification

- Qualification: Diploma / Graduate.

- Experience: 2–4 years in Stores, preferably in HVAC / Electrical / MEP / Construction industry.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
