– Stock & Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Reconcile physical stock with book stock on a regular basis and identify discrepancies.

- Investigate and report reasons for stock shortages, excesses, and inventory mismatches.

- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and transactions using BUSY Accounting Software.

- Have positive knowledge of purchase, sales, stock, receipt, payment, and journal entries in BUSY.

- Perform stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.

- Coordinate with stores, purchase, sales, and accounts teams to resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain proper records and assist in preparing stock and accounting reports.





- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting and inventory-related work.

Required Skills:

- Good working knowledge of BUSY Accounting Software.

- Strong understanding of inventory and stock reconciliation.

- Ability to identify and analyze differences between physical and book stock.

- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Proficiency in MS Excel will be an added advantage.

- Good attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to independently handle stock and accounting-related responsibilities.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
