The Job A leading organization in the Office Automation and IT Peripheral industry is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive commercial sales across the Delhi NCR market. The role involves developing enterprise and government business, managing channel partners, and expanding market reach through strategic account management and partner engagement.

Your Responsibilities

- Drive revenue through direct corporate and government account management.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with channel partners, VARs, SIs, and distributors.
- Expand market coverage by onboarding and enabling commercial sales partners.
- Conduct product and sales training programs for partner sales teams.
- Identify current business opportunities within corporate and government sectors, including ministries, defence, and PSUs.
- Monitor market trends,



customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Execute channel marketing initiatives and lead-generation programs.
- Resolve partner-related issues involving pricing, marketing support, logistics, and incentive claims.
- Prepare sales forecasts, monthly plans, and performance reports to achieve business objectives.

Your Profile

Required

- 6 to 10 years of experience in direct sales, government account management, and channel sales.
- Experience selling Office Automation products, printers, copiers, scanners, or IT peripherals.
- Strong understanding of corporate and government procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred

- MBA or Diploma in Sales Management.
- Exposure to distributor management and partner ecosystem development
