Job Responsibility

Responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy between the physical stock available in the warehouse and the stock quantity recorded in the software. The role involves regular physical stock verification, identifying quantity mismatches, updating/correcting stock records,



coordinating with the warehouse team, and ensuring all stock movements are accurately reflected in the system.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular physical stock counting and verification.

Compare physical stock with software/ERP quantities.

Identify shortages, excesses, damages, or system discrepancies.

Coordinate with the warehouse team to investigate and resolve mismatches.

Ensure stock corrections and adjustments are properly updated in the system.

Maintain accurate stock records and support periodic stock audits.

Track inward/outward stock movements and ensure system entries are accurate.

Report major discrepancies to the concerned manager.

Who We’re Looking For

Freshers are welcome; warehouse/stock experience is an advantage.

Good numerical and calculation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
