Role Description The STF role at Sparsh Remedies Pvt Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting formulation development and related technical activities in line with the company’s focus on innovative and specialty pharmaceutical products. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in the design and optimization of formulations, coordinating with cross-functional teams such as quality assurance, production, and regulatory, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to process improvements.

The STF will be expected to follow established protocols,



ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards, and collaborate with colleagues to meet project timelines and product quality goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in pharmaceutical sciences, formulation development, or related technical disciplines, with the ability to apply scientific principles to practical problem-solving.
- Competence in documentation and reporting, including maintaining lab records, preparing technical reports, and supporting regulatory and quality-related documentation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and coordinate tasks to support project milestones.
- Attention to detail and adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards in an on-site pharmaceutical environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or R&D; setting is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a structured, process-driven workplace and willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and technologies.
