Key Responsibilities

- Special Line Operations &
- Assembly:

Set up and supervise daily stitching lines for complex, multi-component soft toys and specialized stuffed items. Maintain smooth line balancing to reach daily targets.

- Specialty Component Integration: Ensure precise seam stitching for embedded elements like sound modules, squeakers, rattles, weighted beads, and internal bladders.

- Fabric Handling &

- Quality Control:

Oversee correct stitching on specialized fabrics (Velboa, Faux Fur, Minky, Velvet, and Felt). Enforce strict seam strength and alignment protocols according to toy safety standards (EN71 / IS 9873).

- Team Supervision &

- Guidance:

Lead sewing operators, assign tasks based on skill levels, train workers on intricate patterns, and manage line discipline.

- Machine &

- Inventory Check:

Perform basic maintenance checks on industrial sewing machines (SNLS, DNLS, walking foot)



and monitor thread, needle, and trim usage to minimize wastage.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years as a Line Supervisor, Stitching Lineman, or Floor Incharge in plush toys, specialized soft products, or technical textile manufacturing.

- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of pattern assembly, hidden seams, double-stitch reinforcements, machine tension, and needle gauge selections.

- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or comfortable commuting to Tronica City, Loni, Ghaziabad.

- Skills: Solid leadership, quality-focused mindset, target achievement, and fluent communication in Hindi or local language.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
