Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Stock Audit Executive to conduct physical verification of inventory, ensure accuracy of stock records, and identify discrepancies. The role involves coordinating with store/warehouse teams, analysing stock data, and preparing audit reports to strengthen internal controls and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct physical stock audits at warehouses, retail outlets, or client locations Pan India
- Verify inventory records against system data (ERP/Tally/SAP)
- Identify shortages, excess stock, and mismatches
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with company policies and audit procedures
- Monitor stock movement, slow-moving and obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with operations and finance teams for reconciliation
- Assist in surprise audits and periodic stock checks




- Maintain proper documentation of audit findings

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in stock audit, internal audit, or inventory management
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to travel for physical verification (if required)
- Attention to detail and robust organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics industry
- Understanding of internal control procedures
- Basic knowledge of GST and inventory valuation methods
