*Stock Control: Monitor inventory levels in real-time, reconcile physical counts with system records, and perform routine cycle counts.
*Replenishment & Procurement: Track daily material movements and coordinate with Purchase Manager to reorder stock before shortages occur.
*Receiving & Put-Away: Inspecting incoming shipments for damage, verifying purchase order accuracy, and organizing logical put-away strategies to maximize space utilization.
*Picking & Order Fulfillment: Supervising the packing, staging, and dispatch of outgoing orders to ensure accurate and on-time shipment.
*Space & Warehouse Optimization: Designing effective layout systems to streamline workflow and improve picking speeds.
*Team Supervision & Safety: Scheduling, training,
and managing warehouse personnel while enforcing workplace safety standards and equipment protocols.
