Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented STEM Program Manager to plan, manage, and deliver STEM education programs across schools, institutions, and other learning environments.
The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, including curriculum planning, trainer management, school/client coordination, resource planning, quality monitoring, reporting, and program improvement.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management, communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills, along with a good understanding of STEM education and experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage STEM education programs from initiation through completion.
- Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.
- Coordinate with schools, educational institutions, clients, and internal teams for successful program execution.
- Ensure programs are delivered according to agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and learning objectives.
- Identify potential operational challenges and implement timely solutions.
Curriculum & Content
- Work with curriculum/content teams to develop and improve STEM learning programs.
- Review lesson plans, projects, activities, assessments, and training materials.
- Ensure content is age-appropriate, practical, engaging, and aligned with program objectives.
- Identify new STEM technologies, tools, and learning methodologies that can strengthen programs.
Trainer Management
- Recruit, onboard, train, and manage STEM Trainers and facilitators.
- Prepare trainer schedules and allocate resources based on program requirements.
- Conduct trainer orientation, reviews, and performance assessments.
- Monitor trainer performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Ensure trainers follow curriculum, safety procedures, classroom standards, and reporting processes.
School / Client Management
- Act as the primary program contact for assigned schools or clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school management, teachers, coordinators, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular review meetings and collect stakeholder feedback.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to address them.
- Support presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and program onboarding when required.
Operations & Resource Management
- Plan STEM kits, equipment, consumables, infrastructure, and other resources required for programs.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, events, competitions, exhibitions, and STEM labs.
- Ensure proper utilization, maintenance, inventory tracking, and safety of STEM equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for timely availability of resources.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track program progress against defined milestones and objectives.
- Monitor student participation, attendance, learning outcomes, and project completion.
- Prepare regular program reports, MIS dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Analyze feedback and program data to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of program activities and outcomes.
Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain quality standards for STEM program delivery.
- Conduct periodic classroom observations and program audits.
- Identify gaps in curriculum, training, operations, and student engagement.
- Implement corrective and improvement measures.
- Develop best practices and standard operating procedures for program delivery.
Events & Special Programs
- Plan and manage STEM competitions, hackathons, exhibitions, science fairs, innovation challenges, boot camps, and other special events.
- Coordinate trainers, students, schools, equipment, logistics, and event partners.
- Ensure smooth execution and timely closure of events.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in engineering, Technology, Science, Education, Management, or a related field.
- A certification in Project Management, Education, STEM, or a related area is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in program/project management, education, EdTech, STEM education, training, or a related field.
- Experience managing trainers or education teams.
- Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or corporate/CSR education programs.
- Experience managing multi-location programs is an advantage.
- Practical exposure to robotics, coding, electronics, IoT, AI, maker education, or other STEM domains is preferred.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
