Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Specialist with strong expertise in Cisco Stealthwatch/NBAD, Cognitive Threat Analytics (CTA), NTA, SIEM, and network security technologies. The candidate will be responsible for security monitoring, incident handling, complex deployments, customer engagements, operational support, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze security alerts generated by Cisco Stealthwatch / NBAD / NTA solutions and guide the SOC team on identified security issues.
- Handle escalated security incidents and provide technical resolution for complex security problems.
- Work extensively with Cisco Stealthwatch, Cognitive Threat Analytics (CTA), NBAD/NTA, and SIEM technologies.
- Manage and troubleshoot Firewall, IPS, and IDS technologies.
- Work with endpoint security and server security products.
- Operate within a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment supporting enterprise/leading customers.
- Act as a technical specialist for complex security deployments and key customer engagements.
- Participate in security architecture and design discussions with customers.
- Prepare and execute Method of Procedures (MOPs) for major changes and implementation activities.
- Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommend operational process improvements.
- Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation, including:
- High-Level Design (HLD)
- Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Test Plans
- Migration Plans

- Develop detailed migration plans,



considering network applications, dependencies, and security requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 teams and support day-to-day operations.
- Advise customers on recent use cases, integrations, and security monitoring requirements involving Stealthwatch/NBAD/NTA.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and support troubleshooting of complex security incidents.
- Contribute to security integrations and automation using scripting, API calls, and other integration mechanisms.

- Experience working in a SOC environment for enterprise/large customers.
- Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently handle escalated and critical incidents.
- Experience in preparing MOPs, SOPs, HLDs, LLDs, Test Plans, and Migration Plans.
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
