- Schedule F Experience: Mandatory hands-on expertise in Reinsurance Schedule F reporting.
- US Statutory Reporting: Solid background in NAIC books (Blue, Yellow, Green, or Orange) for US Insurance clients.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of reinsurance (assumed/ceded, premiums, claims, reserves) and insurance product dynamics.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and SAS for handling large volume detailed data.
- Education: CA / CPA / MBA or equivalent post-graduation.
