You’ll architect and manage high-impact franchise ecosystems from the ground up—remote but results-driven.

Role & Responsibilities

- Identify, onboard, and manage state-level franchise partners across assigned regions with KPI-based performance frameworks.
- Design and implement franchise operations playbooks—territory mapping, lead distribution, sales enablement, and compliance tracking.
- Drive franchisee revenue targets through coaching, training, and performance dashboards with real-time analytics.
- Collaborate with HQ product and marketing teams to localize campaigns, tech enablement, and CRM workflows for franchisees.




- Monitor adherence to brand guidelines, compliance audits, and escalations across franchise territories.
- Build feedback loops to refine franchise models, pricing, and incentive structures based on market intelligence.
