What were looking for:

- 10+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment Sales
- Experience handling 300 to 500+ employee organisations
- Strong experience in IT Staffing / IT Services / Recruitment Consulting
- Proven track record of business development and revenue growth
- Strong relationships with enterprise clients / CXOs
- Experience in new client acquisition, account growth & large deals
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation, contract staffing & managed services
- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Robust expertise in Sales Strategy, GTM, P&L; and revenue forecasting
- Experience managing large accounts and strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation, commercial and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to scale staffing business through rapid growth phases
