Designation: Staff Nurse – Ward / Emergency / OT

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide protected, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care as per hospital protocols and clinical standards.
- Assess patients’ conditions, monitor vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the concerned doctor.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments accurately as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation, including patient charts, medication records, and nursing notes.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions.
- Ensure proper patient identification, medication safety, infection control, and adherence to hospital policies.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, procedures, hygiene, and discharge instructions.
- Ensure proper handover of patient information during shift changes.
- Maintain availability and readiness of emergency equipment, medications, and essential supplies.

Ward Nurse –Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day nursing care of assigned patients and ensure continuity of care.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other departments.
- Prepare patients for investigations, procedures, and discharge.
- Monitor intake/output, medication schedules,



clinical observations, and patient progress.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the assigned patient-care area.

Emergency Nurse-Responsibilities

- Provide prompt nursing care to emergency and critically ill patients.
- Assist in triage, initial assessment, resuscitation, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor patients continuously and escalate deterioration immediately.
- Assist during CPR, trauma management, stabilization, and other emergency interventions.
- Ensure emergency drugs, crash carts, equipment, and consumables are readily available and functional.
- Coordinate timely investigations, referrals, admissions, and transfers as required.

OT Nurse –Responsibilities

- Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, equipment, supplies, and consumables before procedures.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures while maintaining strict aseptic and sterile techniques.
- Perform scrub/circulating nurse responsibilities as assigned.
- Ensure correct patient, procedure, site, instrument, swab, and needle counts as per OT protocols.
- Assist with patient positioning, preparation, transfer, and post-operative handover.
- Maintain OT documentation, sterilization standards, and infection-control practices.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of surgical instruments, specimens, and biomedical waste.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
