Were looking for a Staff Engineer - Technical Lead with a deep specialization in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a proven background in complex system orchestration. In this role you will help build the next generation of our order orchestration platform for our client. This role is a critical blend of hands-on coding, technical strategy, and mentorship.

You will be responsible for setting the technical direction and leading the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI-driven applications and the underlying infrastructure that manages their lifecycles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Architectural Guidance: Define, design, and champion the technical architecture for AI-powered products, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Technical Roadmapping: Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the team, balancing immediate product needs with long-term technology investments.
- Code Quality & Standards: Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, design patterns, testing, and deployment (CI/CD) across the team.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and proactively address technical debt, architectural risks, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ops Infrastructure: Design and build robust,



automated pipelines for model training, versioning, deployment, and monitoring
- Performance Optimization: Optimize AI application performance, focusing on latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Research to Production: Bridge the gap between research and production engineering, ensuring AI innovations can be deployed reliably and at scale.

Required Qualifications:

- Expertise in one or more major programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) and strong command of software engineering fundamentals
- Robust background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, OCI, or Azure).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.

Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- More than 8 years of experience in development, and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions based on Java Technologies (Java, J2EE, Webservices, Spring, Spring Boot)
- At least 5 years of hands on experience with design, development and implementation of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Integration or Node.JS based Microservices
