We are searching for a skilled financial specialist to join our team to help process, track, and record payments in an accurate, productive, and timely manner.

Role : Sr. Finance Executive

Exp : 5 - 6 Years

Overview:

We are looking to hire someone who has a strong knowledge of accounting principles & completion of statutory compliance on time. who has exposure in US GAAP. Who wants to prove himself in the finance domain.

:

- Maintenance of books of accounts like bank statements, cash expenses, procurement and day to day transactions.
- Preparation of Financial Statements. Presentations
- Monthly MIS Reports, which includes the Divisional Report & Cost Center Report.
- Preparation of MIS Reporting like Opex analysis, Capex analysis, payroll analysis
- Fixed Assets - Accounting & Capitalization of Fixed Assets & Updating fixed asset schedule.




- Responsible for Streamlining the payables process to a world class system
- Implementing internal controls for the payables process and monitoring
- Audit support for payables
- Maintenance of Accruals, prepaid and fixed asset ledgers
- Monthly book closure for payables, receivables
- Legal and regulatory & statutory compliance for all financial transactions in India and overseas.
- GST, TDS & Income Tax process (Both Direct & Indirect Taxes)
- BS, P&L;, Cash Flow statement on a monthly basis.
- Transfer pricing report maintenance

Preferred skills and qualifications :

- Strong knowledge in accounting & financial modeling, Experience in payroll processing, Revenue accounting, Accounts payable process, vendor and customer reconciliation, financial statements preparation for India & US regions
- Work experience in MSME & other ROC compliance handling, Income tax, and GST, TDS, Statutory filings (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity), Transfer Pricing preparation.
- Worked in SAAS company will be added advantage
