Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to raise the bar on design quality across our websites and products. You’ll own the end-to-end design process — from research and wireframing to polished, accessible interfaces — and help build the design systems that keep our products consistent as we scale.

Responsibilities

- Lead user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma and FigJam
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Design responsive web experiences and mobile app interfaces (iOS HIG, Material Design)
- Design meaningful interactions and micro-animations that enhance usability
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and heatmap tools to identify friction points
- Prepare clean, well-documented designs for developer handoff
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers throughout the design process
- Present design rationale and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field; equivalent practical experience is welcome.
