We are looking for an experienced US Accountant to manage accounting and bookkeeping activities for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US accounting practices, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for US clients.
- Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting reports.
- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Review transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Assist with US tax preparation and tax-related documentation.
- Maintain proper records and supporting documentation.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
- Coordinate with US clients and internal teams regarding accounting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting procedures and deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of US Accounting & Bookkeeping.
- Experience with QuickBooks Online/Desktop.




- Knowledge of AP, AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Basic understanding of US GAAP and US taxation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred
- Experience working with US-based accounting firms or clients.
- Experience with 1099, W-2, payroll, sales tax, and income-tax-related processes.
- Familiarity with accounting/tax software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms.

Education B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.
