Position: Tender Executive
Location: Pune
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year
Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹4 LPA
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant tenders from government and private portals.
Handle complete tender documentation and submission process.
Prepare tender documents, quotations, compliance sheets, and required supporting documents.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs required for tender submissions.
Ensure timely submission of bids within deadlines.
Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMD, agreements, and follow-up status.
Manage vendor registrations and portal updates.
Review tender requirements, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Follow up with clients regarding tender status, clarifications, and results.
Maintain proper MIS and documentation related to tenders.
