Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Technical Sales Engineer / Project Manager to drive business development, lead technical client discussions, and oversee project execution from lead generation to final order delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Strategy: Identify new business opportunities in conveyor systems and industrial automation, generate inquiries, and lead negotiations to close orders.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Prepare and present detailed techno-commercial offers, system configurations, and costings for complex customer requirements.
- Client & Project Leadership: Serve as the primary technical interface for clients; conduct discussions on line design, engineering specs, and project timelines.
- Cross-Functional Execution:



Collaborate with internal design, procurement, and production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Commercial Management: Follow up on POs, project approvals, milestone payments, and commercial terms.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 5+ years of direct experience in Conveyor Systems or Industrial Automation.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, deep understanding of material handling line layouts, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Robust negotiation, leadership, and customer-facing presentation skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiner or within 30 days preferred.
