Sr. Travel Sales Executive – Cruising Club India

Are you an experienced travel sales professional? Take your expertise to luxury yacht charters. At Cruising Club India, you'll own high-value bookings, look after key clients and trade partners, and help grow our yacht charter business in Goa.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle high-value enquiries from travellers, groups, travel agents and corporate clients, and suggest yacht charter options that fit them.
- Manage every booking from first enquiry to confirmed reservation.
- Upsell add-ons like catering, entertainment, décor and event planning.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate, and meet or beat monthly revenue targets.
- Build and manage partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, DMCs and hotel concierges.
- Look after key and repeat clients.
- Guide junior sales staff and share best practices.
- Share market feedback to help shape packages and pricing.
- Work with the operations team so every trip runs smoothly.
- Present on camera for video pitches, virtual tours, client calls and social media content.

Requirements:





- Graduate (Tourism, Hospitality, Business or Marketing preferred).
- 3+ years' sales experience in tours and travel, a travel agency, a tour operator, a DMC or luxury hospitality.
- A track record of selling holiday packages or premium experiences and meeting targets.
- Existing contacts with travel agents or tour operators is a strong plus.
- Solid communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Confident on camera.
- Comfortable with CRM and booking tools.
