Role Overview

SVS Luxe Concepts is a design-led premium gifting and lifestyle brand creating “Objects of Meaning Crafted to be Remembered.” We are looking for a warm, well-presented and customer-focused Senior Store Executive to manage our premium kiosk at Jio World Plaza, BKC.

This is more than a retail sales role. You will be the face of SVS, responsible for creating a memorable customer experience while managing sales, visual merchandising, inventory and day-to-day kiosk operations.

1. Job Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales
- Welcome customers and create a warm, personalised premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend products based on occasion, purpose and budget.
- Present the story, design and craftsmanship behind SVS products.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive conversion, upselling and repeat purchases.
- Generate and capture leads for corporate gifting, weddings, celebrations and bespoke requirements.
- Handle billing, payments, packaging and delivery coordination.

Kiosk & Inventory Management
- Take ownership of daily kiosk operations, opening/closing and overall upkeep.




- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and product presentation standards.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of delicate handcrafted products.
- Monitor replenishment, packaging materials, breakage and stock discrepancies.
- Maintain daily sales, customer and lead reports.

Brand Experience

- Represent SVS with professionalism, warmth and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Assist with festive displays, new launches, events and special activations.
- Gather customer feedback and share market/product insights with the management.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the kiosk and customer experience.

1. Candidate Profile

The position will be filled in accordance with the criteria set out below.

Criterion

Education

: Graduate; MBA / Post Graduate preferred.

Experience

: 2-5 premium/luxury retail, lifestyle, gifting, home décor, hospitality or similar customer-facing businesses.

Skills

: Robust sales orientation with the ability to sell through storytelling rather than discounting.

Language Proficiency

: Strong English & Hindi; confident in engaging with Elite Customers

System Skills

: Comfortable with POS, inventory systems, WhatsApp and basic MS Office.

Personality

: Responsible, energetic, proactive and comfortable working independently
