About Agadh

Agadh is a rapid-growing digital marketing agency working with brands across industries. We build social-first strategies, campaigns and content that help brands grow their visibility, engagement and digital presence.

We’re expanding our Mumbai operations and are looking for a Senior Social Media Executive who can take ownership of social media accounts, contribute creative ideas and turn them into content that performs.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands both creative content and social media strategy.

You’ll be responsible for planning and managing social media for multiple brands, developing content ideas, staying on top of trends, coordinating with creative teams and tracking what actually works.

What You'll Do

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple brands
- Manage Instagram and LinkedIn accounts
- Build and maintain monthly content calendars
- Develop concepts for reels, stories, posts and short-form videos
- Create and edit mobile-first content when required
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, algorithms and platform updates
- Identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, follower growth and content performance
- Brainstorm campaign ideas and creative content concepts
- Work closely with designers, copywriters and performance marketing teams
- Review social media analytics and use insights to improve content
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely execution
- Present new content ideas and recommendations to clients/internal teams when required

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management




- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of content strategy and audience behaviour
- Experience managing social media accounts for brands
- Strong understanding of reels, stories and short-form content
- Hands-on experience creating or editing social media content
- Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN or similar
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Someone who actively follows social media trends and understands what makes content engaging
- A creative mindset with the ability to convert ideas into executable content
