Role Description The Sr SEO Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Sr SEO Executive will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility for the institute’s website and course pages. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, implementing on-page optimizations, performing regular SEO audits, and managing link-building initiatives.

The role also involves collaborating with content and marketing teams to align SEO with broader digital campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing reports with actionable insights.



The Sr SEO Executive will stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices to drive sustainable growth in website traffic and leads.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct comprehensive Keyword Research and develop SEO-focused content recommendations.
- Strong expertise in On-Page SEO, including meta tags, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization.
- Experience in Link Building strategies, outreach, and maintaining a healthy backlink profile.
- Knowledge of SEO Audits and technical analysis to identify and resolve site performance and crawling issues.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing and its integration with SEO and content visibility.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword and backlink tools).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead SEO role; experience in education or e-learning domains is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of keyword research, on-page & technical SEO, and link building.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools is a must
- Ability to improve organic traffic, rankings and leads.
- Good skills in competitor analysis, reporting and content coordination.
