////// CONTEXT The Sr. SCM Executive will be responsible for managing and driving end-to-end Supply Chain activities for aerospace tooling and manufacturing requirements. The role will take ownership of key suppliers and procurement activities, ensuring Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) targets are achieved while proactively managing supply risks and supplier performance.

As an SCM Engineer your missions are as follows :

- Work on Request For Quotations (RFQ), and Purchase Order (P.O) activities as required
- Track order progress from PO placement to supplier through manufacturing, inspection, dispatch, and final delivery
- Follow up with suppliers regularly to ensure adherence to confirmed delivery dates, progress milestones, and committed schedules.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to review and update planning status, priorities, constraints, and delivery risks
- Monitor supplier commitments, expected delivery dates, and on-time delivery performance, and initiate recovery actions in case of delays
- Perform supplier follow-up on critical and long-lead items, including progress reviews and escalation when necessary
- Perform the Project Management Officer activities such as, planning update,



intra-team and inter-team coordination to support smooth order execution and resolve blockers
- Address and track supplier-related delivery, quality, and commercial issues until full closure
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement and order information in ERP system
- Contribute to supplier performance monitoring through tracking of delivery reliability, responsiveness, and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve lead times, supplier responsiveness, and supply continuity
- Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities necessary to support business needs
- Knowledge in Manufacturing and assembly process

////// PROFILE

- 3–5 years of experience in SCM/Procurement/Supplier Management , preferably in Aerospace, Automotive, Tooling or Precision Manufacturing , with strong knowledge of machining & manufacturing processes, supplier management, negotiation, delivery recovery, ERP/SAGE . Solid analytical, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to independently manage multiple suppliers, projects and priorities .
