We are looking for an MIS person who has experience hiring managing reporting in a high-volume consulting/ staffing environment preferably supporting the US geography
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Reporting: Managing the Reporting at various stages of the recruiting process.
- 5 years of recruiting experience hiring in one or more of the following geographies - US, Canada, Mexico & Columbia
- High organizational skills.
- Proficient with MS Excel. 5 years of experience in MS. Excel
- Hands on experience with PowerBI. 1 year of experience with PowerBI
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Valuable time management and adherence to schedules
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
