Role Overview

We are seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of digital financial products. The role involves identifying market opportunities, translating business needs into product solutions, coordinating with technical teams and ensuring the successful delivery of secure, scalable payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product initiatives from initial research and planning through development, deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps based on market requirements, business priorities and customer expectations.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define product requirements and prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Oversee the development and enhancement of digital payment solutions, including UPI-based transactions, payment gateways, QR payments, digital wallets, bank transfers and international payments.
- Work closely with software development teams on API-based integrations, system improvements and platform scalability.
- Plan and coordinate product releases, feature upgrades and implementation activities.
- Partner with risk, security, fraud management and compliance teams to maintain secure and compliant payment processes.
- Manage relationships with external payment partners and coordinate integrations across business and technology teams.
- Evaluate product performance using key indicators such as transaction success rates, processing speed, transaction volumes, chargebacks and customer feedback.
- Conduct industry research,



analyze competitor offerings and identify opportunities for product innovation.
- Support product adoption through documentation, internal training and go-to-market activities.

Candidate Profile
- At least 1+years of experience in product management, preferably in financial technology, digital payments or payment integration.
- Practical knowledge of payment platforms, payment gateways, UPI, digital wallets, QR-based transactions or similar payment solutions.
- Understanding of payment processing workflows, settlement mechanisms, acquiring networks and fraud prevention.
- Experience managing API integrations and coordinating product development from requirements through launch.
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Analytical capabilities, including experience with SQL, Looker or comparable reporting and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices, product planning and lifecycle management.
- Awareness of financial regulations, payment security and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, business, compliance and external partner teams.

Job Location: Dubai (Onsite ) Training Location: Chennai, India (Initial 2 Months)

Pay: Up to ₹8,500,000.00 per year
