Role Description The Sr.

Procurement

Officer – Industrial is a full-time, on-site role. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities for industrial projects, including sourcing suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies and project requirements. The role involves negotiating contracts and commercial terms, ensuring on-time delivery of materials and equipment, and maintaining accurate procurement records and documentation. The Sr.

Officer will collaborate closely with project, engineering, finance, and warehouse teams to forecast material requirements, optimize inventory levels, and resolve supplier performance or quality issues.



The role also includes monitoring market trends, cost drivers, and risks to support strategic purchasing decisions and continuous improvement in procurement processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Procurement and Purchasing skills, with experience in industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess experience in managing Purchase Orders, including creation, tracking, and compliance with internal controls.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Contract Negotiation, including commercial terms, pricing, delivery schedules, and service-level agreements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to evaluate bids, compare supplier offers, analyze costs, and support data-driven decisions.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field; professional procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) are an advantage.
- Proven experience in industrial procurement within sectors such as oil & gas, energy, construction, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Proficiency in ERP or procurement systems, and good command of MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, prioritize multiple projects, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
