Team Overview Responsible to ensure all TU Associates in APAC region are paid accurately and on time

Global Payroll is a function under finance and accounting in TU and enables accurate and timely salary processing and ensure compliances across all geographies This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

- Managing payroll for large employee groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Examining payroll data for trends and discrepancies, and implementing improvements.2
- Co-ordinating with HR, finance, Vendor to ensure smooth and accurate payroll & compliances
- Required strong understanding of payroll, payroll cycles, SLA's and compliances

Required Knowledge And Experiences

- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is often required.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in APAC payroll processing with multi country payroll experience
- Overseeing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy,



managing vendor payroll, and collaborating with HR and Finance teams.
- Relevant certifications in payroll processing or accounting that can enhance qualifications.
