Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer to handle mechanical maintenance, machine troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and engineering activities at our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify mechanical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize machine downtime.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with the Production and Electrical teams for maintenance activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and machine history.
- Plan and manage spares, tools, and maintenance requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery.
- Ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and as per company procedures.
- Identify opportunities to improve machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.




- Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements
- B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8-10 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
- Good knowledge of mechanical equipment, machines, bearings, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand machine specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant setting.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in plastic, packaging, film, textile, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per month
