Owntotal-cost-of-ownership analysis across the groups largest spend categories,including raw materials, chemicals, fuel and yarn.

Convertsourcing decisions into structured decision frameworks such as make-vs-buythresholds and category strategies balancing in-house capability againstoutsourced procurement.

Runcompetitive-sourcing events and their evaluation, and lead vendor-developmentand supplier-rationalisation programmes across business units.

ProcurementGovernance, SOPs &

- Contract Management

Establishand enforce procurement SOPs that close recurring operational gaps and preventdownstream production disruption, convening senior-leadership forums to lockdecisions.

Structure,review and redline commercial and supply contracts supply agreements, leaseand service agreements conducting clause-level commercial and legal analysisalongside the legal function.

Procurement Analytics&

- Digital Reporting

Buildand maintain procurement, cost and sourcing dashboards in Power BI and Excel togive management live price, spend and cost visibility across business units.

ProjectExcellence Capital Investment Appraisal &

- Feasibility

Provideend-to-end appraisal for capacity, greenfield and brownfield projects, fromproblem framing to investment recommendation.

Ownthe modelling standard IRR/DCF, debt-structuring and cash-flow mechanics,break-even and multi-scenario sensitivity and prepare top-management deckscomparing configuration and investment options on capex, P&L; and returns.

ProjectStructuring &





- Deal Execution

Structurecommercial terms and feasibility models for facility takeovers, capacity dealsand capital projects, driving them from concept and term sheet to executedagreement.

Leadinfrastructure, capacity and space-planning appraisals that translate businessplans into quantified requirements.

ProgrammeManagement &

- Strategic Initiatives (PMO)

Rungovernance and delivery cadence for cross-functional strategic initiatives, andcontribute financial-structuring and policy analysis to group-level projects asrequired by the CMD Office.

Skills &

Competencies

Categoryand cost-of-ownership analysis across textile and utility spend, with a biasfor turning decisions into repeatable SOPs.

Advancedfinancial modelling Excel, IRR/DCF, debt-structuring mechanics, sensitivityand scenario analysis.

Commercialand contract literacy sufficient to structure and redline term sheets, leasesand supply agreements alongside legal.

Procurementanalytics and management reporting Power BI, dashboards, board-ready decks.

Structuredproblem-solving from ambiguous mandate to quantified, defensiblerecommendation.

QualificatION

Priorstrategy, procurement or project experience, ideally in apromoter/Chairmans-office setting.

CA with 3-4 years of experience having FP&A; background will be preferred.
