Role Description here I am the full-time position in head office based in Nagpur, responsible for leading Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives for transmission, distribution, and lighting projects across the domestic and overseas locations. This role oversees the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance and safe working conditions. My role is a regular site inspections and audits, lead incident and accident investigations, and prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating and delivering HSE trainings, promoting a safety-first culture, collaborating with project and operations teams on risk assessments, and ensuring occupational health measures are effectively implemented. The role also involves engaging with internal and external stakeholders on HSE matters, monitoring performance metrics, and supporting senior leadership in strategic HSE planning.

BE | Diploma (ME) | ADIS | NEBOSH | IOSH | BSc in Fire & Safety | DFSE | ISO Auditor 9001/14001/45001 | Diploma in Environment polution control

Experience: 17+ Yrs

- Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) skills, with experience in implementing HSE frameworks in industrial or infrastructure environments.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Occupational Health practices, including risk assessment, workplace hygiene, and wellness initiatives for site and office teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Accident Investigation skills, including root cause analysis, incident reporting, and development of corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess Training skills, with the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate HSE training programs for diverse workforce groups.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) are preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in HSE management at a senior level, ideally in power, transmission, construction, or industrial sectors, with knowledge of applicable national regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence behavior, drive cultural change, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in preparing HSE reports, maintaining documentation, and using standard office and HSE-related software tools.
