JEPL is expanding its capabilities with bulk emulsion explosives, PETN, and DF plants under erection, indicating strong growth and investment in advanced technologies. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilwara for a Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager in explosive manufacturing. The role involves overseeing daily production operations for industrial explosives and accessories, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality benchmarks.

The person in this position will coordinate plant activities, supervise technical and production teams, and manage maintenance and process optimization for emulsion, slurry, and upcoming bulk emulsion, PETN, and DF plants.

Responsibilities include planning and controlling raw material usage, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with supply chain and dealer networks to meet customer demand. The role also requires participation in audits,



preparation of compliance documentation, implementation of process improvements, and mentoring team members for performance and safety awareness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in industrial explosive manufacturing processes, including emulsion and slurry explosives, with exposure to bulk emulsion, PETN, or DF plants being highly beneficial.
- Candidates should possess skills in production management, plant operations oversight, and resource planning to ensure efficient and protected manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of safety regulations, statutory compliance, and risk management practices relevant to explosive manufacturing and handling.
- Candidates should possess abilities in team leadership, staff supervision, and cross-functional coordination with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with quality control procedures, process optimization techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Mining) or a related technical field are preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial explosives or heavy process industries at a managerial level is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, along with the ability to work in a high-responsibility, safety-critical environment.
