Role Purpose The AGM Project Execution will be responsible for end-to-end execution of high rise residential and/or commercial real estate projects, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong on-site leadership, coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and effective management of contractors, consultants, project schedules, construction quality, and handover activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution of assigned real estate projects.
- Drive project activities from mobilization and civil structure through finishing, MEP coordination, external development, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and monitor detailed execution plans aligned with overall project milestones.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, construction methodologies, and project schedules.
- Identify potential delays and execution bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines.

2. Contractor & Vendor Management

- Manage the performance of civil, finishing, MEP, faade, landscape, and other specialized contractors.
- Ensure contractors maintain adequate manpower, machinery, materials, and supervision at site.
- Monitor contractor productivity and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with Contracts & Procurement teams for resolution of contractor and material-related issues.
- Review and certify work progress/quantities in coordination with relevant commercial and billing teams.

3. Quality Management

- Ensure construction activities comply with approved quality standards, specifications, drawings, and method statements.
- Work closely with QA/QC teams for inspections, testing, snag identification, and closure.




- Drive initiatives to minimize rework, construction defects, wastage, and quality deviations.
- Ensure proper documentation of inspections and quality records.

4. Cost & Budget Control

- Monitor execution within approved project budgets.
- Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality or functionality.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, contractor productivity, and potential cost overruns.
- Coordinate with Quantity Surveying/Commercial teams on BOQ variations, additional works, and change orders.

5. MEP Coordination

- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, MEP, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure timely availability of construction drawings.
- Identify constructability issues and resolve design/site conflicts before they impact execution.
- Ensure effective coordination between civil, structural, MEP and finishing works.

6. EHS & Statutory Compliance

- Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) requirements at construction sites.
- Promote a strong safety culture among employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure site operations comply with applicable statutory and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for inspections, approvals, and compliance requirements.

7. Finishing, Snagging & Handover

- Lead finishing activities to achieve the required standards of workmanship and customer expectations.
- Drive pre-handover inspections, snagging, de-snagging, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with CRM/Facility Management and other stakeholders for smooth project/unit handover.
- Ensure timely closure of outstanding works and defects.
- Escalate critical project risks with explicit mitigation and recovery plans.

Must have experience managing and leading a team of 5-6 Civil Engineers.
