Job Descriptions - Sr IT Support Analyst

· 4+Years of experience in End User Computing Support IT Helpdesk Operations Endpoint Administration Asset Lifecycle Management IT Security Compliance Support Knowledge & Documentation Management.

· Positive experience in Server & Storage Management - Network & Security Operations - Virtualization Management - Backup & Disaster Recovery Operations - Infrastructure Performance Management - Capacity Monitoring & Optimization.

· Act as Level-3 support for infrastructure incidents and manage server, virtualization, and storage platforms and Implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation.

· Lead infrastructure patching and upgrade activities.





· Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and Mentor junior engineers and review operational activities.

· Manage backup, disaster recovery, and recovery testing and drive automation and operational improvements.

· Ensure compliance with SLA and service quality targets. Coordinate with vendors and support teams for issue resolution. Support software deployment and system upgrades.

· Support complete IT security and compliance initiatives.

· Maintain asset lifecycle and inventory records. Contribute to knowledge management and documentation.

· Preferably immediate joiner.
