The Opportunity

This is a role for an interior designer who has done it before — and wants to do it at a bigger scale. You will lead projects from the first client meeting to the final handover, across compact apartments, premium bungalows, and branded offices.

What You Will Do

— Lead interior design projects end to end — from concept and space planning to execution and handover

— Understand client requirements, lifestyle, and budget — and turn them into designs clients say yes to

— Develop concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D views for client presentations

— Review and sign off working drawings, elevations, and BOQs before they go to site

— Guide and mentor junior designers — raising the standard of every output

— Coordinate with project managers, site teams,



and vendors to keep design intent intact on site

— Track design timelines and ensure every project meets Hexaspace’s quality standards

What We Are Looking For

— Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

— 3 to 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial interior design

— A strong portfolio of completed, executed projects — not just renders

— Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering tools such as Enscape

— Sound knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution details

— Confident with clients and comfortable leading a small design team
