We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Senior HR Resource Recruitment to strengthen our recruitment delivery team and support our growing client portfolio.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment assignments across manufacturing, engineering, industrial, non-IT, and corporate functions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates based on experience, technical skills, communication, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Manage multiple positions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and manage follow-ups.
- Negotiate compensation packages and handle offer discussions.
- Ensure smooth joining coordination and candidate engagement.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Coordinate with delivery teams working from Faridabad, Kanpur, Hybrid, and Work-from-Home locations.
- Support team members in sourcing and delivery activities whenever required.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure excellent service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduate or MBA (HR) preferred.
- 3- 6 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or consultancy hiring.
- Experience in non-IT, manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or corporate hiring will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment assignments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and recruitment MIS.
- Experience in consultancy or staffing industry will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client requirements.
