We are Hiring for Sr HR Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the overall HR function across corporate office, farms, hatcheries, processing units, and other locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee lifecycle.
- Coordinate with HODs for manpower requirements, MRFs, workforce planning, and recruitment.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement.
- Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, HRMS, insurance, PF, ESI, and other employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage performance management, probation, confirmation, promotions, and appraisals.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
- Drive training, employee development, welfare, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare and monitor HR MIS, headcount, attrition, manpower cost,



and other HR metrics.
- Support HR audits, social compliance, and organizational development.
- Lead and mentor the HR team and act as an HR partner to senior management.

Preferred Experience:

- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in aquaculture, fisheries, seafood processing, food processing, agriculture, manufacturing, or other operations-intensive industries.
- Experience managing both corporate and field/plant workforces.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, HR operations, labour compliance, performance management, and HR analytics.
- Experience managing HR teams and multiple locations is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹150,000.00 per year
