We are looking for a energetic and dedicated Sr HR Executive to join our Human Resources team.

Position: Sr Executive - Human Resources

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / MSW / MHRM or equivalent

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee joining and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee personnel files and HR records
- Handle attendance, leave and regularization
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities
- Coordinate employee documentation and background verification
- Assist in payroll inputs and monthly attendance processing
- Handle employee queries and HR-related concerns




- Support HR policies, audits and compliance documentation
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs
- Prepare HR reports and MIS as required
- Preferred Skills

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

✔ Good understanding of HR processes and labour compliance

✔ Ability to handle employee relations professionally

✔ Prior hospital/healthcare HR experience will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
