- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management and retention.
- Handle Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, Labour Law and statutory compliance.
- Manage attendance, leave, HR policies and employee grievances.
- Handle contract labour, manpower planning and workforce management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate with management and department heads on HR requirements.
- Manage HR MIS, reports, audits and documentation.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
