: HR Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and manage the organization’s human resources functions. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing HR strategies, supporting employees and managers, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.

- Lead recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers.





- Develop and maintain effective employee onboarding and engagement programs.

- Manage performance appraisal and employee development processes.

- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.

- Work closely with management on workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
