## Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage HR operations at our head office and support infrastructure projects.

- Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee documentation
- Payroll, attendance, leave and salary-related activities
- PF, ESIC and statutory labour compliance
- Employee records, HR MIS and ERP management
- Manpower coordination with project teams
- Employee relations, grievances and exit processes
- Implementation of HR policies and procedures

## Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
- 5–6 years of HR experience
- Preferred: Candidates with experience in the Construction & Infrastructure industry

##Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC and payroll
- Hands-on experience with ERP/HRMS and MS Excel
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
