Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-2 years of experience to support our Human Resources department. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and maintaining employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Coordinate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Address employee queries and provide HR-related support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.




- Support performance management and employee development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
