Position: HR Executive / SR. HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 2 -3 years in HR

Qualification: Graduate / PG

Main Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: End-to-end hiring, candidate sourcing, interviews, salary negotiation and offer closure.
- Onboarding: Joining formalities, documentation and employee induction.
- HR Compliance: Handle PF/EPF, ESI, POSH, Apprenticeship and other statutory compliances.
- HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit, employee records, HRIS, confirmation, probation and separation.
- Employee Benefits: Handle GMC/GPA insurance, employee additions/deletions and claims.
- Reports & Documentation: Maintain HR reports, employee files and SOPs.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors,



compare quotations and negotiate contracts.

Skills the candidate should have
- Good knowledge of HR statutory compliance
- Good Excel skills
- Practical knowledge of Payroll and HRIS
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn and government HR portals
- Positive communication and teamwork
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Accuracy / zero-error approach
