Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Botany
Job Role
Responsible for managing indoor landscaping and horticulture operations across assigned client sites, ensuring plant health, service quality, and excellent client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain indoor plants through watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, and replacements.
- Monitor plant health and ensure sites are clean, healthy, and presentable.
- Manage daily landscape operations and maintain plant inventory/service records.
- Handle premium clients, queries, feedback, and service requests.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare service reports.
- Supervise gardeners and manage on-site labour.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and plant replacements.
- Suggest suitable plants and landscaping improvements to clients.
