About the role

Noble Resource Products is looking for a designer who can turn product ideas into attractive, practical, production ready designs. You will work across notebooks, stationery, kids’ products, packaging, catalogues, and online product listings. The role suits someone who enjoys both creative design and the details that make a product work on the shelf and on the printing press.

Key responsibilities

- Design notebook covers, inner pages, dividers, labels, and packaging for ranges such as Vidyaveer, Youth, Ace, and upcoming premium products.
- Develop transparent visual identities for new collections while keeping each range consistent across sizes and formats.
- Create product mockups, catalogues, retailer displays, marketplace images, and launch creatives.
- Prepare accurate print ready files, including bleed, colour specifications, dielines, and finishing instructions.
- Work with the product and production teams to select suitable paper, cover materials, colours, and finishes within the target cost.
- Check physical samples, identify design or print issues, and make corrections before mass production.




- Study customer preferences and competitor products to suggest fresh designs that are commercially viable.
- Maintain organised source files and artwork versions for repeat production.

What we are looking for
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign or equivalent professional design software.
- Experience with print design, packaging, stationery, publishing, or consumer products.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, print processes, and file preparation.
- Ability to design for different audiences, from schoolchildren to students and premium stationery buyers.
- Attention to detail, openness to feedback, and the ability to manage several products at once.
- A portfolio showing finished products or designs prepared for actual production.

Preferred: Experience with packaging dielines, product photography direction, 3D mockups, or digital marketplace creatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
