Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the entire interior design process, including concept development, space planning, material selection, and design presentations.

- Engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.

- Prepare and review detailed drawings, 3D models, and AutoCAD layouts with precision and attention to quality.

- Coordinate with the Projects, Execution, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth project execution.

- Manage design schedules, track progress, and ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.

- Source and recommend furniture, fixtures, and finishes that align with design concepts and the brand's aesthetic.

- Conduct site visits, perform quality checks, and oversee design implementation to maintain high standards.

- Stay informed about industry trends, recent materials, and innovative technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

- Mentor and support junior designers, encouraging a creative and collaborative team environment.





Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.

- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio covering residential, commercial, and corporate projects.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email writing and client presentations.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills.

- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
