Job Title: Sr. Executive – Logistics (Import & Export Documentation)

Job Summary:

Herbal Creations is looking for a highly skilled Sr. Executive – Logistics (Import & Export Documentation) with strong hands-on experience in both import and export operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documentation, regulatory compliance, shipment costing, and vendor coordination with a strong understanding of export incentive schemes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation and compliance
- Mandatory hands-on experience in both import and export processes
- In-depth knowledge of Advance License, EPCG, and RoDTEP schemes
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters
- Handle pricing discussions and vendor negotiations for cost optimization
- Prepare shipment costing including freight, duties, incentives,



and allied charges
- Ensure compliance with Customs, DGFT, and international trade regulations
- Track shipments and resolve delays, documentation queries, and customs issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in import & export logistics and documentation
- Strong understanding of shipment costing, pricing, and negotiations
- Experience working with CHAs and freight forwarding agencies
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage
