Requirement: Executive HR / Senior Executive HR – Hotel Marigold
Hotel Marigold requires an Executive HR / Senior Executive HR to independently handle end-to-end HR operations as the HOD.
The role demands the ability to handle pressure, take ownership, and manage operations without constant supervision.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances
- Ability to function as HR HOD
- Proven experience in hotel HR operations
- Hands-on approach with high accountability
- Exposure to manpower handling, IR, audits, and compliance, Recruitments,
- Excellent in handling the Employee Engagement activities, Event Posters
