We engineer end-to-end material handling and processing systems for customers worldwide. /n We are hiring a Senior Manager – Machine Intelligence to lead electrical, controls and automation engineering across our project portfolio. You will own instrumentation & controls suitability, drive PLC/HMI/SCADA design, and steer projects from concept through DAP, FAT and SAT. /n Key responsibilities /n /n

- Lead electrical design, switchgear selection and control-scheme engineering.

/n

- Own PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD development, programming and troubleshooting.

/n

- Review PFD, P&ID; and the instrumentation & control philosophy for each project.

/n

- Deliver basic and detailed engineering for greenfield projects, including field execution with external contractors.

/n





- Guarantee project technical suitability from an I&C; standpoint.

/n

- Manage industrial communication architectures — Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus.

/n

- Integrate robotics into automation solutions.

/n

- Plan and execute DAP, FAT and SAT.

/n

- Coordinate cross-functional project teams for safe, on-time site execution.

/n

- Ensure compliance with GMP, SIL, ATEX / Flameproof and CE standards.

/n

- Publish daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.

/n /n Must-haves /n /n

- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation.

/n

- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation / engineering industry.

/n

- Deep expertise in PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD and robotics.

/n

- Solid command of industrial network protocols.

/n

- Proven exposure to QHSE, SIL, ATEX and CE compliance.
